Your data
Responsible for data processing on this website is Bombach & Garrett GbR (Webfire Marketing); see the legal notice for contact details.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by webgo GmbH, Hamburg, on servers in Germany. When you access the website, the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
Fonts and videos
Fonts, images and videos are stored on our own server. No connection is established to Google Fonts, YouTube or other third-party providers.
Contact by phone or email
If you call or write to us, we process your details in order to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for this purpose and no retention obligations apply.
Onlinereservations
We operate the reservation widget ourselves at reservierung.webfire-marketing.com. When you submit a reservation, we process your details (name, phone number or email address, number of guests, date, time, table and an optional note). As Kupferglut is a demo restaurant, no real reservation is made. Instead, you will receive a message from Webfire Marketing at the email address you provided, explaining that this is a demo and including information about our services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (you actively submitted the form) and point (f) (presentation of our services). We send the emails via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin) as our processor. We delete demo reservations regularly, at the latest after 30 days. We will not send you any further advertising, and you can object at any time – a short email to management@webfire-marketing.com is sufficient.
Cookies and local storage
The following are stored because they are technically necessary: your choice in the cookie notice (in your browser, “localStorage”) and the current status of your reservation while the page is open (“sessionStorage”). The legal basis is § 25(2) TDDDG. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time: .
Google Analytics 4
Only if you consent to the “Statistics” category in the cookie notice do we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to analyse how the website is used and through which channels reservations and calls come about, in order to improve our services. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG; without your consent, no analysis takes place.
The data processed are your truncated IP address, pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate location, device and browser, and whether the phone number was tapped on a mobile phone or a reservation was completed. We do not transmit names, email addresses or the content of reservations. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The data are deleted 14 months after your last visit. Google Signals is deactivated. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: .
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
