How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Your confirmation email contains a link to “change or cancel”. Use it to adjust the time or number of guests yourself. At short notice, you can also reach us by phone.
Where do I mention allergies or special requests?
The last step of the booking has a message field. Note any allergies, intolerances or a special occasion there – the kitchen will see it before your visit.
Are children welcome?
Yes. For families, we recommend the dining room, the terrace or the Sunday Fire Lunch. At the Glutbank we serve the menu, which is often too long for young children.
We are running late – what should we do?
Give us a quick call and we will hold your table. Without word from you, we will pass it on to other guests after a while.
